Departure is on a pre-arranged place (Split, Kaštela, …). Due to the long distance and the waiting time to enter the Blue Cave, it is necessary to depart around 8 o’clock. After the departure, it will take us around 1 hour and 15 minutes to come to the Blue Cave, on the eastern side of Bisevo island, opposite of the town of Komiža at the Vis Island. This is an ideal time to visit a cave that has two openings, one smaller, artificially deepened, through which a rowing boat can pass and this opening does not have any influence on the cave light. The other opening is like a vault, on the south side of the cave beneath the sea level, it is much wider and the sunlight penetrates through it. The Blue Cave is filled with an amazing blue light, and it stretches through the depth of 3 to 20 meters. After visiting the Blue Cave, we can also visit the idyllic fishery town of Komiža.
After visiting the caves we visit one of the most beautiful beaches on the Adriatic – Stinava on the island of Vis. A beautiful pebble beach is hidden from the eye of public, and visible only when you sail in between two cliffs that are just 4 meters away.
Then we will pass by the green cave on the Ravnik Island.
Near the green cave there is a small uninhabited island of Budikovac. On the island there is a beautiful pebble beach, and a small cove, sheltered from the open sea. It is an attractive shelter for many tourists who enjoy spending their holidays here.
At 14:30 we arrive at Pakleni Island, near Hvar at the most famous excursion site of Palmižana. We will stay there a little bit longer.
After the break, at 4:30 pm we will arrive at the town of Hvar, one of the most famous Croatian tourist destinations. The tour takes an hour, which is quite enough to tour the city, and for those in a better shape, you can visit the famous Hvar fortress.
The total price of the excursion is formed as: boat rental + skipper + fuel
Tickets for blue cave are not included in price. Lunch is not included in the arrangement, but we can arrange it according to a previous agreement. The price includes the consumption of non-alcoholic drinks on board.
